The Service Provider is the Controller of Service Users’ personal data in accordance with the personal data protection act of 29 August 1997 (i.e. dated 13 June 2016, Journal of Laws of 2016. pos. 992).
The Service Provider’s authorization to process the Service User’s personal data arises from the provisions of the act and is essential to performing the contract, which the Service User is a Party of.
Provision of personal data when placing an order is voluntary, however, it constitutes a prerequisite to concluding a contract for the rendering of electronic services, as well as the Meal preparation and delivery Contract.
Processing of personal data for marketing purposes requires the Service User to provide separate consent.
In the event of ticking the field declaring consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of marketing and mailing of commercial information, personal data shall also be processed for those purposes. However, the consent to process personal data may be revoked at any time by submitting an appropriate declaration of will and sending it electronically at the address: email@example.com.
The Service Provider undertakes to exercise all due care in protecting the interests of data subjects. The security measures adopted by the Service Provider are regulated in the Service Provider’s internal documents, specifically, the personal data security policy, and the information system management instruction.
The Service User is entitled to access their personal data, as well as amend, change, and delete it.
Consent to the use of cookie files by the Online Service is granted by the Service User through the settings of the software installed on the Service User’s device.
The Service Provider informs that storage and access to information is performed in order to improve the function of the Online Service, maintaining the Service User’s session, and collection of statistical data.
The Service User is entitled to determine the terms of utilizing cookie files, and to specify access to them through the settings of the software installed on the Service User’s device.
